To find your frame fit, measure your temple-to-temple width using a mirror and ruler. Hold the ruler horizontally across your face and below your eyes. Measure the distance between left and right temples. If the width is 129 or below, get small. If it is 142 or above get large. Otherwise, medium is a good choice.
